Message:
Welcome
to Westminster Academy and the 2007-2008 school year. The faculty and staff
have worked many hours during the summer to ensure that this school year
will be filled with positive learning experiences delivered in a warm,
caring environment.
You have chosen to attend an excellent school with a long-standing
reputation of high academic achievement. I will always encourage traditions
that enhance learning. I will also continue to introduce new ideas and
activities that reflect current best practices in the field of education.
Westminster Academy is a school where every child is acknowledged as
having gifts and talents and where, with guidance and care, each child can
develop to his or her full potential.
I welcome your active involvement in the education program at
Westminster Academy. Parental support and participation are vital to the
concept of teamwork. Working together, we can build a school where dreams
are fulfilled; a school where learning is meaningful and relevant; a school
where students apply what they are learning on a daily basis; and a school
where it is fun to learn, teach, and work.
